Rumpelstiltskin Full Dress Rehearsal With Madam Nori

I prefer to skip the full rehearsal we had a day earlier and another one we did during the day as I am wwwwwwaaaaaaaayyyyy ttttttoooooo eeeeeeexxxxxxxcccccciiiiiittttttteeeeeedddddddd with the outcome of last night full dress rehearsal in front of Madam Nori. Congratulations Rumpelstiltskians!!! We did it!! Alhamdulillah =) It was great when I was backstage and most of you expressed your nervousness as it definitely helped in improving all of your acting. Being over- confident was totally poisonous. Hope we can keep up the spirit and excitement till 23rd March folks!! We still have a llllllllooooooonnnnnnnnnnggggggggg way to go ;) To wrap up, I was as happy as a lark when we being told we were most exciting. Hope all well ends well. It would be good if we can donate some portion of our income for this play to the orphanage v(^_^)v

Rumpelstiltskin Backdrop Minor Damage T_T

I knew good things never last. Yet, it was somehow frustrating to see footsteps on the colourful backdrop that our team members have been working so hard to finish. Furthermore, to discover other people threw smelly garbage in our props- the sadness sounds speechless. Nevertheless, I am thankful with the support from each other, we realised it done no good in living on frustration. May the sinners get their punishment. In order to change the atmosphere and give ample space for the other team to do their props, we decided to do our practice that night at the open hall. We also pasted some posters that night while waiting for all members to come. Please work on your punctuality all my dearest members =) If we don't like to wait, don't let other people to wait on us. Just something to ponder. TQ.

Rumpelstiltskin Mind- Blowing Chemistry

As we progress on acting and pacing, I saw that most of the actors have warm up between each other to build up their characters. I was impressed with the attitude and improvisation done by father -  mother, rumpel - stilt -skin, rose - lucy - shelly - rebecca and other characters. The process to book Wawasan Hall was quite hard, thus, we were thankful to have Bakti Hall. Yet, the rehearsal with props need to be done as soon as possible. The atmosphere became a bit stressful as the date 6th MARCH 2011 approached. Why? It's a night with Madam Nori. Hehe. Heads up, my dearest team members! Hope you all can memorize the script in this short time. Best of luck!

Rumpelstiltskin in Wawasan Hall

The technical workers were drilling the walls to attach the white screen yet we all managed to act and overpowered the loud sounds. This shows a positive sign isn't it? Hehe.. Well, our first rehearsal in Wawasan Hall turned out to be good yet I know we can do better. Let's try and make it smoother than we did today. Fighting!!
